Early Celebration

Got my copy yesterday of Madonna's new greatest hits album 'Celebration', seems it's been released early in a few countries outside the states, including here, yay!

Love the new song Revolver, and Sunday's release of Celebration iTunes includes another new track 'It's so cool ' but you have to pre-order I think for that one, still time.

Updates

Decided to do some updates to the header and colours, probably going to be an ongoing thing.

My new header was inspired by the photography of Grant Hamilton and his Polaroid Collection, really retro in shape and colour.

Time goes by…

I can't believe I almost forgot I had this blog, guess I don't have much to say.

One thing I did want to share was Madonna's speech at the MTV Awards, thought she did a great job and Janet was amazing to be able to perform, very brave.

Hope to make this a bit more regular now I know it's still here.

Birthday fairies are true!

They say if you wish for something hard enough you'll get it, so I wished for a new guitar and guess what, I got one! It was back in June but thought it was worth the update to let everyone know. I've been getting a lot better at playing, not sure if it's the instument or if I'm just practising more.

I've been learning a few new songs by Madonna and Robbie Williams. If I ever get good enough I'll try posting a recording or two.

Madonna is set to release a new download only single called Hey You to coinside with her performance at Live Earth in London. Can't wait!!!

Scissor Sisters

I had the honour of meeting the Scissor Sisters when they visited Brisbane in February. I also managed to take about 100 photos, a few of which I've put on my myspace site here!

My new guitar?

After months of indecision I've finally settled on a guitar I like. It's a Maton accoustic, Australian made, and sounds great. Hopefully the birthday fairy will deliver, hint hint ;)
